Returns
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at concierge@taleparfum.com and we will coordinate the return process with you. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. There is a $15 flat fee for return shipping, handling, and restocking, which will be deducted from your refund. Please ship your items back to us within 14 days of receiving your return shipping label, or your return will be canceled. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days after receiving your item to notify us of damage or defects.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on our Discovery Set/2ML scent samples, sale items, or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved per the above conditions. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $15 flat fee for return shipping, handling, and restocking. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at concierge@taleparfum.com.
